Distance Reiki:

Distance Reiki can be sent to anyone, anywhere and at any time—though permission should be invoked or received in some way. When I'm performing reiki on someone who is not present, I'll typically work with the recipient's photo and a healing crystal. Other practitioners, however, might say that these objects are unnecessary since Reiki energy can be sent to anyone simply by directing thoughts and energy to that person.   During sessions, which I'll often do over the phone or on Zoom, I've had people ask if I was just working on a particular area, or say things like, "I felt my toes tingling just now." And indeed, it would be the place where I was working. Regardless of distance, Reiki can have benefits such as increasing feelings of relaxation, happiness, empowerment, and ease.  We all have access to the life force energy, otherwise known as our chi, qi or prana, that flows through each and every living being. Distance Reiki is one of many ways to link to and channel this energy for the healing benefit of others.

Animal Reiki:

The number one primary benefit and response to Reiki with animals is stress relief and deep relaxation. The calm space created by my meditation invites the animal to join that relaxed environment. This can make Reiki an effective stress reliever for pets in high anxiety environments, be that a shelter setting or even at home with a new baby in the house.

Lightwork:

The simplest way to describe being a lightworker would be as "beings who feel an enormous pull towards helping others." Also referred to as crystal babies, indigos, Earth angels and star seeds, as a spiritual being, I volunteer to act as a beacon for the Earth, and commit to serving humanity. 

Lightworkers are intuitive and driven by their internal guidance. They can often ably perceive the emotions and needs of other living beings, which enables them to harness and direct their healing powers towards those who need help. They also believe in carrying out coordinated efforts to dispel or chase away negative consciousness using their positive energies and healing powers.  

Reiki mastery:

This is the service where I can download the attunements to you.  Teaching you the ancient art of Reiki. There's a beautiful history to Reiki, symbols to invoke all the power in the universe and the ability to provide healing through Reiki yourself.  This offering is COMING SOON.

Sound bath healing:

I use sound baths tools; crystal bowls, native American heart drum, along with other sound healing sources to create an enviornment which synchronizes brain wave frequencies, fosters relaxation and a tranquil mind.

All of which eases anxiety, manages stress, promotes healthy sleep, supports a balanced mood, decreases heart rates, reduces muscle tension and invokes peace.

Sound bath healing has the ability to move through skin, fluid and bones of the body. This allows the body and energetic field to recalibrate down the the cellular level.
