I AM Theresa

We're all here for different reasons

Some of you may have found me for pain relief, some are working through trauma, others may just need some healing after surgery. Whatever the reason you're here! We're all on a journey one way or another.

Sometimes we get stuck and I'm here to help realign you to your healthier self, out of love and wanting to support your process.✨️

My name is Theresa. I am a Reiki Master Teacher and currently live in Phoenix, Arizona with my husband, Greg and my 3 fur babies (really my children):

Bela, Ben and Dollie.

I am recovered now for 17 years from addiction. My sobriety, has led me on a spiritual quest to honor my higher self.

I grew up in in NYC, and have a strong family that loves me like no other but because of my own choices, I suffered drug addiction, as a

teenager and many years as an adult, where I learned how to survive.

I have felt hopeless, scared, lonely and lost.

When I got sober, I was introduced to a design for living which included, self-reflection and connecting to a higher power, ultimate love, a God or Goddess (whatever you need to call it, works for me). This process started with some prayers, meditation and practicing selflessness. Which was hard coming from a world of self absorption.

I came to Phoenix in 2005 and found a home here. I found my own community of healers who taught me about self love, helping others love themselves, our Chakra (energy centers), the moon*s inspiration, how to use essential oils, smudging my space and Reiki.

I'm always learning and acquiring new skills to support love and inner healing.

Reiki is a tool and with my attunements I can aid in your journey toward balance and peace.

As we evolve in our lightwork we may need relief or clarity and my soul's purpose is to work with you and your higher self.

I am humbled to serve and excited to evolve with you in this lifetime. I want to learn as much as I can in order to help.
